LANGUAGE ARTS

Language Arts includes poetry, journal work, personal story and mythology. The words and stories that emerge from our felt knowings or from our images and symbols help guide us to deeper understandings. Whether it be extemporaneous writing in our journals, a poem that springs up within us, or an unfolding story arising from the expressive arts journey, we savor their many layers of encapsulated meaning.

Journaling: journal entries are kept throughout Sky Mountain trainings. They may included images, mind-mapping, phrases and word fragments, color doodles, poems, visions, personal stories, collage entries, and social commentary.
