Breath, sound, tone, and movement are the most basic ways we get in touch with the harmonies and knowings held within the body. Through balanced and rhythmic breathing patterns, we are better able to focus on energy flows which restore awareness and sensitivity. Sound and tone create vibrations carrying the breath to specific areas of the body. Movement encourages us to go with these body impulses so that feelings may be elaborated and tensions explored.
