SANDTRAY WORLDS - Sandtray Worlds

Sand play is a process that uses the symbolic language of the psyche. By way of the spontaneous selection of images, a scene is built in which the whole multi-dimensional nature of the person is revealed: the personal, the shadow, the familial, the cultural, the collective, and the transpersonal-archetypal. Images interact, gathering associations and memories, accessing nuanced meanings, revealing new resources and insight.

• Building our own sandtray worlds, we create a bridge between the inner and outer worlds, between the conscious and unconscious. As we build our conjoint worlds together as a group, we explore the collective field, Gaia, and the Cosmic body.
